The staff was amazing, helpful and understanding of my concerns and helped me with delivery, etc. Packaging was very well done. The product arrived in great shape. The size of the product made it easy to store and clean. The skeleton was very sturdy and the TPE lost its “factory smell” very quickly. Overall, this was an amazing deal. I love my dolls!
