Yes, they are legit. I can only recommend this team. They were very professional and seemed to go out of their way to make us happy. Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery to keeping to the time frame. I give it 5 stars because this doll is a beauty. the TPE formula has been greatly improved. It is very soft and pliable and no longer has that sticky feel to it. Despite what you may think otherwise, it seems that this more flexible TPE is stronger and adapts better to joint movements.
